At The Farmer’s Dog we currently ship within Australia only, using Australia Post.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

Delivery timeframes are estimated by Australia Post and vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays, weather events and public holidays.

FREE shipping applies to orders $150 or above.
$9.95 flat-rate shipping on all other orders Australia wide.
All shipping charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with Australia Post tracking details so you can follow your treats along the way.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the goods passes to you. Please ensure your delivery details are correct and that your parcel can be safely received.
