At The Farmer's Dog, we're committed to the health and happiness of your pet — and your satisfaction as a customer.
Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Due to the perishable nature of our pet food products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We encourage you to review product details carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thefarmersdog.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Quality Concerns If you or your pet are unsatisfied with the quality of a product, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We'll assess each case individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Subscription Orders You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription before your next order is processed. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as early as possible if changes are needed.
